Applications are now open for the ARM Young Talent Programme (AYTP) 2026. This internship programme gives outstanding university students in Nigeria the chance to gain practical work experience with Asset & Resource Management (ARM), one of the country’s leading investment management firms.
AYTP introduces students to the professional world through real assignments, mentoring, and exposure to business operations. The programme is part of ARM’s long-term effort to support young professionals and prepare them for careers in finance and related fields.
About the ARM Young Talent Programme 2026
The ARM Young Talent Programme is a structured internship that combines workplace learning with professional development. Selected students work with experienced teams across the organisation and take part in projects that reflect real business activities.
The programme helps participants build workplace confidence, strengthen professional skills, and understand how the investment industry operates. It also allows ARM to identify and support promising young talent for future opportunities.
Programme Benefits
Practical Learning and Professional Growth
Interns work closely with experienced professionals and take part in ongoing business projects and organisational initiatives. This exposure helps students develop technical knowledge and workplace skills.
Participants also gain experience in teamwork, communication, and professional interaction through collaboration with colleagues, fellow interns, and clients.
At the end of the internship, each participant submits a project report and delivers a presentation. This allows the organisation to assess performance and learning progress.
