About the Programme
The Women Techsters Virtual Bootcamp 2026 is a three-week introductory programme designed to help participants develop relevant coding and digital skills, kick-start tech careers, or close existing knowledge gaps. The bootcamp combines structured learning with practical, real-world applications to prepare women for today’s evolving workplace.
Participants will choose one learning track and engage in instructor-led virtual sessions tailored to beginners while remaining valuable for those with some prior experience. The learning environment is supportive, collaborative, and growth-focused, encouraging confidence and long-term career development in technology.

Applicants must be citizens or residents of eligible African countries, including Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, Egypt, Ethiopia, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Zambia, Zimbabwe, and several others across the continent
Applicants are required to complete a basic digital literacy assessment as part of the application process
