Mastercraft Persons (MCPs)

NBTE Requirements for Vocational Enterprise Institutions (VEIs)
Training centres applying as Vocational Enterprise Institutions (VEIs) must meet the following conditions:
Must be registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
Must adopt and use National Skills Qualification (NSQ)-based curricula
At least one qualified instructor per trade
Maintain an instructor-to-student ratio of 1:40
Each trade must have:
A Quality Assurance Assessor (QAA)
An Internal Quality Assurance Manager (IQAM)
(Part-time engagement is allowed if full-time staff are unavailable)
Must have basic physical facilities, including:
Workshops or training spaces
