The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has announced the release of the shortlist for candidates applying for the Direct Short Service Commission (DSSC) 34/2025, inviting successful applicants to report for the next stage of the recruitment process.
According to the Air Force, candidates who have been shortlisted for the DSSC 34 Selection Interview can now check their status on the official NAF Recruitment Portal. Those successful are expected to attend the DSSC 34 Enlistment Interview, which will take place at the Nigerian Air Force Base in Kaduna.
The interview exercise is scheduled to run from 12 January to 8 February 2026 and will be conducted in batches. The Air Force stressed that candidates must appear strictly according to the batch schedule assigned to them on the recruitment portal. NAF officials advised all invited candidates to carefully study the instructions provided online and comply fully with all requirements. Candidates who fail to report on their assigned dates or do not follow the stated guidelines risk being disqualified from the exercise.
Applicants are also encouraged to review additional information available on the portal, including guidance for prospective officers and airmen, as well as details on the Armed Forces of Nigeria Harmonised Terms and Conditions of Service, to better prepare for the interview process.
The Nigerian Air Force reiterated that all official updates, schedules, and instructions regarding the DSSC 34 enlistment exercise are available only through its verified recruitment platform, and candidates are advised to rely solely on the portal for accurate information.
