  • Nigerian citizen aged 18–35 years at the time of application

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university

  • Minimum of Second Class Lower Division (2:2)

  • At least five O’Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics

  • Completion of NYSC on or before July 2026

2. Existing Teacher Pathway

This pathway is for individuals who already have classroom teaching experience and want to strengthen their leadership skills through structured support.

Additional requirements may apply depending on teaching background and experience.
